It is suitable for fixing all kinds of common cells or tissues, and has good fixing effect on skin, muscle, internal organs, etc., but it mainly acts on proteins, and cannot fix uric acid and sugars.Polyformaldehyde is a polymer of formaldehyde, its property is more stable than formaldehyde, and its ability to destroy antigens is weaker than formaldehyde, therefore, polyformaldehyde is commonly used as a fixative in scientific research.After repeated testing, this product can be well applied to the sample fixation of IHC, IF, IC and FACS.According to the calculation that each sample needs 1 ml of fixing liquid when fixed, a package of this product can fix 100 or 500 samples.
